Delivery Information

After you have placed your order you will receive an automated email from us confirming your purchase.   Payment is processed at the time of ordering via your credit card or Paypal.

At the time of dispatching your order, a further automated email will be issued, advising your order as being “Complete”.

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 12pm Mon-Fri on the very same day, however this can vary subject to stock availability.

All orders placed after 12pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched by the following working day.

Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.

We are not liable for delayed, missing or damaged parcels/contents if a delivery signature has not been obtained where the parcel has been left in a designated safe place at your request. If you choose to have your order delivered to a location you deem as ‘safe’ then the liability transfers to you.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 are not guaranteed services. This is how Royal Mail describes them: “For Royal Mail 24™ we aim to deliver the next working day, and for Royal Mail 48™ we aim to deliver the majority of items within two working days, with a small minority within three working days”.

Delivery Charges

£5.00 is the standard delivery charge(Royal Mail 48h tracked) for most parts of N.I. & G.B.   The Channel Islands, Offshore islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands and certain areas of the UK may vary according to the size and weight of the parcel.

£6.00 is the standard delivery charge for Republic of Ireland.

We do not currently delivery outside of UK & Ireland.

Cancellations

Cancellations after time of dispatch cannot be processed.  Please see our Returns Policy should you wish to return an item, or contact us directly in the event you wish to cancel.
